Paris: 1952. 4to, later brown cloth; original mimeographed front cover bound in. 114, (1) mimeographed leaves. Annotated throughout, with various inserts, mostly in German. Near fine. Item #7888

A bit of a mystery. In its appearance, this publication is nearly identical in terms of production to A.A. When this was sold as part of the Holger Dombrowski Library in 2013 by Westfälische Auktions Gesellschaft (lot 1515), it was catalogued under the surname “Peskow” (Peskov) without a given name, but no explanation of this attribution was given. It is a catalogue of Russian coins in gold, platinum, silver and copper minted from 1700 to 1917, and was heavily used (presumably by Dombrowski) in its day. An intriguing item. Ex Holger Dombrowski Library; ex Igor Shneyderov Library.
