Eric P. Newman’s set of the first edition in book form of this important and detailed history of the coinage, paper currency, and banking of the Province of the Massachusetts Bay. Includes chapters on the currency emissions of the neighboring governments of New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Quite scarce.
