The Special Extra-Illustrated Leatherbound Edition. One of only sixty copies issued and the first Superior sale issued in a deluxe edition with photographic plates. Superiorís binder seemed inadequate to the task of preparing these special editions; as nice as the photographic plates are, they are almost never bound properly in this sale. This book weighs more than the estimated 3 pounds and may incur extra shipping charges.
